Service

ReadSignal provides email tracking software to Gmail and Google Workspace users. The service consists of a Chrome extension, a tracking pixel and link redirect server, and a web dashboard.

Trial and billing

New accounts include a 7-day trial. Card details are required at sign-up. The card on file is charged at trial end unless you cancel. Annual plans are pro-rata refundable on cancellation.

Acceptable use

ReadSignal may not be used to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, or any communication that violates applicable law in the sender's or recipient's jurisdiction. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended without notice.

Workspace data and team admins

If you join a Team workspace, your workspace administrator can see the metadata of emails you send through ReadSignal. This is disclosed at sign-up and persistently inside the dashboard. By joining a workspace you consent to this visibility.
